Learning Circle Academy is a federally approved non-profit organization. All of the funding needed to create and maintain our day school and community service programming comes from tuition and program fees paid by parents, private donations and grants. We do not receive any form of funding from the public school system, local, state or federal governments, or any other organizations. Our efforts include free community service programming because so many children need the exceptional programming LCA offers. Many parents cannot afford tuition or program fees. We depend on the generosity and support of kind people like you so that we may help them. We sincerely appreciate your support. |

We welcome support from LCA parents, siblings, extended family members, friends, businesses, and other types of organizations. There are several ways to support Learning Circle Academy: The General Fund - This is unrestricted funding for our general operating budget. Donations to LCA’s General Fund will help to bridge the gap between our school tuition or program fees, and our actual operating costs. This allows us to provide a very low student-teacher ratio and extraordinary school programming and free community services. The LCA Golden Circle Gala –This is our annual premier fundraising event organized by Learning Circle Academy parents each spring. Funds raised by the Gala help to support LCA’s general operating budget, scholarships, special programs, teaching supplies and equipment. Scholarship Funds –LCA offers financial aid for families of students enrolled in our day school, summer camp and other programs. LCA’s after-school programs include: LCA Community Friends Social Group –This is an after-school social group offered to LCA students and others with special needs that may not be enrolled at LCA. This exceptional program joins special needs students and typically developing same-age volunteers from local schools and other organizations for games, social activities and fun - all for free! LCA Cognitive Training Program –We provide after-school cognitive training to help LCA students and others that may not be enrolled in LCA. This program targets cognitive processing skills so that children and teens can achieve higher levels of academic achievement, interpersonal awareness, and independent learning. LCA Legacy/Planned Giving –Donations to this fund provides general and endowment support to Learning Circle Academy through individual bequests, IRAs and other estate planning resources. Volunteering at LCA –We welcome your hands-on support for our day school, summer camp and after-school programs. We will match your interests, talents and schedule to an opportunity that fits your needs. You will be amazed at how wonderful it feels to give the gift of time! To volunteer, please contact Amy Seidman, LCA Principal at (248) 538-0115. For more information about supporting Learning Circle Academy, contact: Bonnie McDonald and Carolyn Morris |
