LCA always appreciates any donation of needed supplies. Please contact us if you would like to help us by donating any of these items, or a monetary donation.
Computers, Laptops and Printers
Donations of new or slightly used Mac or PC computers, monitors, color ink jet or color laser printers, scanners, or monetary donations toward purchase of new computer equipment.
Computer Software
Educational CDs for grades 1 through 12
General School Supplies
Any new, unused school supply, such as:
- Overhead Projector and Screen
- Pencils
- Pens
- Crayons
- Markers
- Construction paper and Art Boards
- 20# white bond paper (copier paper)
- Glue and glue sticks
- Masking tape
- Scissors — plain or decorative
- Stapler and staples
- New Binders
Art Supplies
Any new art media and paper, such as:
- Assorted sizes of white and color paper, varying weights for drawing and painting
- Colored construction paper
- White roll paper
- Canvases — unused pre-stretched
- Paper cutter, 24" or larger
- Acrylic paint
- Watercolor paint
- Good paint brushes, variety of sizes and thickness of handles
- Disposable brushes
- Air-drying clay
- Plaster mix
- Any other specific art materials for projects you have in mind!
Raffle or Service Items
Anything of value that we could use in a fundraiser, such as:
- Late model automobile in good condition
- Day at a spa
- Airline tickets (Can you donate your frequent flyer miles?)
- All new or slightly used items of value over $50
Musical Instruments
Donations of small and large instruments or any type in good shape are always welcome and are tax deductible through LCA. Or you can sponsor equipment for a child through a musical instrument-leasing program.
Books
Donations to purchase books are always welcome for any age levels.
Assistive Technology
Monetary donations used to purchase equipment such as book on tape reading devices, laptops, speech/language tape recorders with headphones, etc.
Workshops
Would you consider sponsoring a scholarship for a teacher to attend a workshop?
